OK, not on a string but a strap. But this makes the worlds first quartz watch an easy and comfortable daily-wearer. The sound, the design, the sweep second, the vibration, the accuracy and the historical horological relevance -- hard to beat.

We put a custom made strap on many watches that came originally with a metal bracelet -- sometimes just to see what is possible and how it looks like. Sometimes, to save the delicate metal bracelet and sometimes because it simply wears more comfortable on a leather strap.

Anyway, rest assured, all watches come with the original metal bracelet included and of course no harm was done to case or bracelet.
