We mentioned more than once that the often seen ref3800-bracelet with the Nautilus-inscription is not original to the Patek ref3770 -- although Philips Auction and John Reardon (collectability.com) claimed so -- and also it is seen here and there with incorrect dials, as the dial is interchangable by size and movement with the ref3838 and ref3875 for example.

Anyway, when you ever wondered how the Patek ref3770 in full gold looks like when it is not only fully original but also with original lume and unpolished, then this photo is of interest and might be the reference.
