And here we do so with two #UltraThin (*klikk) watches -- record-thin, to be precise: the Richard Mille RM-UP01 (right) and the Piaget Jumbo Thin-Tank (left). Both were on the edge of what is possible when they arrived and thus priced like a pioneer and so very rare and special even today -- and in future.

• the Piaget has an automatic movement coming in at 2.08mm while the RichMill is a manual wound movement totaling 0.9mm less with just 1.18mm;
• the Piaget was made in 1984 and the RM 40y later;
