Delirium Variety: the 1979 record-thin (sub 2mm) Horological Milestone developed by ETA ESA and cased in an innovative 18K-goldcase manufactured by Favre Perret (Patek ref3700 & ref3770 etc) was marketed by Concord, Longines, Eterna and IWC (!sic) and paved the road for Swatch 💥 this is what we call a #importantwatch and it's price back then was CHF19'800, (#YuppieLuxury80sQuartz) making it a #rarewatch. It was the world’s thinnest watch for more than 40y, until recently surpassed by Bulgari OctoFinissimo Ultra (1.80mm) and Richard Mille RMUP-01 (1.75mm).
