- Time (Hour, Minute)
WHY WE LOVE IT: Look at the case and the glass -- obvious, isnt it?
Wonderful and interesting 18K-Roesgold-Case made by Croisier, Geneve (Key[5]) -- one of the main- and most celebrated case-suppliers for Patek P. And this case does not stand short the best Patek-cases from this era and the same has to be said for the Solvil-movement. Superb and highest quality by Solvil (Paul Ditisheim) in 26*26mm (excl crown and lugs): Tank or Cioccolatone.
How the rosegold of the case and the salmon-colored dial speak to a lightly tanned skin is just amazing and could be seen by the background of the photos as a reference.
The high-quality Solvil / Paul Ditisheim-Movement was serviced by us and is working fine and precise.
The amazing glass has a minor dent on the 4:30 corner. All other 3 edges are exactly 90" and sharp. The pilot-cut gray strap connects the original rosegold-plated AWenger-buckle to the case: High quality.
The watch has to be dated to 1943 or 1944 according to our notes, books and research.
