EmailWHY WE LOVE IT: Because the Gilbert Albert-Omegas are made by the finest materials in highest quality by hand (manufactured) and thus low quantities. Yes, and being made from the early / mid 1960s the GA-Omegas were probably the inspiration for the Andrew Grima-designed "About Time"-series from 1969 onwards.
The unmistakable naturalistic design by Gilbert Albert for Omegas Jeux d'Or series in a beautiful and super-rare 18K whitegold example in fabulous condition. The celebrated Swiss designer Gilbert Albert created the Gold-Link as a fantastic way to adjust the size of the watch bracelet, with naturalistic and "bark-like" finishing, "slightly irregular, yet harmonious".
And the open-work of the bracelet appears like lingerie showing more skin than hiding -- on a ladies wrist: pure erotic.
The movement was serviced days ago and is running precise and reliable. The 28 original and factory-set diamonds sparkle lively and give this rare & feminine jewel the extra spritz.
