Vintage Calatrava: Understatement & Class

Pateks Calatrava is not only a long-term pillar in Pateks product portfolio and thus brand defining, but also the most classy watch of the Geneve based-watchmaker. Comparable to Mercedes G-Class: not only the definition of a car (watch) but also the car-maker wouldnt be definable without its icon; same as Patek is not without Calatrava line.

The example we can offer proudly, is a white gold one with a silver linen dial -- highest class and a lot of understatement. The case is in very good and probably unpolished condition. It shows some minimal signs of careful wear -- but for an almost 60 years old watch: outstanding condition! The dial is in good to very good condition as well, just has some signs of age at the edge of it between 10 and 12 o'clock.

We connected the case to the original white gold AW buckle by either a thin black alligator, a thin green lizzard or a gray alligator strap -- all three have their merits and feel free to choose which one is shipped with this iconic watch. So, obviously it can be worn as a high level classy watch on a black-tie event or as an eyecatcher when the situation demands casual.
