EmailThe Ponti Gennari- / Piaget-Signature-Finishing on a round (32.5mm) and rare Emperador. This special watch was made in 1976 by Piaget and runs on the manual cal9P. Needless to point out it is the predecessor of the celebrated and iconic Piaget Polo that was presented in 1979 -- and both were designed by Jean-Claude Gueit for Piaget. Obviously, this watch is not only of higher quality than the iconic Polo as more work by goldsmith is necessary and the finishing is much more manufacturing by an artisan but it was also made in a much lower quantity -- we assume that less than 30 pieces of this model were made.
The serviced manual caliber works precise and reliable and the watch appears to be beautiful and without stretch or significant signs of use and seems to be unpolished, also.
