EmailWHY WE LOVE IT: It is one of the rarest and most sophisticated tank-watches ever: white- & yellowgold case, blue sunburst-dial with Piaget-signature parallax- / 3D-indexes and all in supersharp condition.
Made in 1968 according to our research and books and probably unique and unpolished: A superior tank-shaped watch with white- & yellowgold case (made by the mysterious case-maker Key(3)) in highest quality: Cartier Tanks become a little jealous here. The twelve different and hand-cut 18K-indexes created the Piaget-signature deep-dial over a blue-sunburst dial. Tri-Color Tank Superiore. Oh, and Cartier Tanks are now hidden by pushing the hands wrist-deep into the throusers-pockets.
The sunburst blue dial is in wonderful condition and just shows some veins in the blue-lacquer around the 3D-Index-feet at 1, 3 and 6 o'clock. Delivered with its box and the original super-thin Piaget-strap connecting it to the original 18K-Piaget buckle.
